Today’s my last day off work for my real job. I received half off coupons in the mail for my favorite antique store….guess I’m going to have to go use them! lol

I got a sewing machine a week or two ago and I started making my own skirts. I personally wear them and get compliments but my hems arent up to a standard where I feel I could sell them haha hopefully it’ll get better one day. I want to take a sewing class. So far I’ve made three skirts and I’m going to make a cape from beads and chiffon today.

Three weeks ago I went to Jo-Anns and this women who worked there HOOKED ME UP! I got two yards of really cool powder blue, gold, and pale pink tapestry, two yards of nude chiffon, 2 yards of black lace, and a bunch of other stuff 80% off due to all the coupons and store promotions going on! At first I was freaking out due to the total being 100$ but then I used all my coupons and it went down to 25$ so it was pretty crazy

I’ve been feeling so “crafty” lately. I’ll probably just start including free items I make on my Etsy store with a purchase for fun or something.
